Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a CMMS & Work Order Coordinator to manage the lifecycle of maintenance requests within the CMMS, acting as a central hub among clients, facilities leadership, engineering, and vendors. You will ensure orders are documented, prioritized, executed, and reported in line with SLAs.

Responsibilities include prioritizing requests, creating thorough work orders, assigning tasks to internal teams or vendors, and ensuring data integrity for audits and decision-making.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, business, or related field preferred.
• Experience with CMMS or service management systems is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the intake, creation, tracking, and closeout of maintenance and service work orders in the CMMS.
• Coordinate with clients, facilities leadership, engineering staff, and vendors to meet SLAs.
• Create detailed work orders with labor, materials, assets, priorities, and timelines.
• Assign work orders to in-house or external resources and monitor progress daily.
• Validate completed work orders for accuracy and compliance before closure.
• Maintain asset, location, and preventive maintenance data in the CMMS.
