Zusammenfassung

The Building People seeks a CMMS Data Administrator to serve as the program's subject-matter expert for the GSA-provided NCMMS platform across the statewide portfolio. You will keep maintenance data, service records, and compliance documentation accurate and up to date.

Responsibilities include managing service calls, assets, and work orders; maintaining inventories and maintenance plans; storing documentation; and certifying data accuracy annually.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience administering a CMMS or similar maintenance data platform.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Excel and database/CMMS reporting tools).
• Experience in a facilities or maintenance operations environment.
• Ability to obtain HSPD-12 clearance.

Aufgaben

• Records and manages all service calls, facility assets, and maintenance work orders in the NCMMS.
• Maintains equipment inventories, locations, and maintenance plans/schedules.
• Stores supporting documentation (reports, testing records, photos, manuals, permits, certifications).
• Continuously updates records and certifies data accuracy annually.
• Tracks and reports against NCMMS KPIs; supports reporting on inspection data.
