Job summary

Inalfa Roof Systems Group B.V. is seeking a CMM Technician / Operator to operate CMM equipment, execute validated inspection programs, and support production through dimensional inspection.

This hands-on role requires attention to detail and adherence to quality procedures. You will gather and record measurement data, perform routine verification, and assist with PPAP and containment activities while complying with IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of CMM equipment operation or dimensional inspection experience preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in automotive quality preferred.
• Basic GD&T and print reading knowledge
• Experience with PC-DMIS operation preferred
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, height gauges and other inspection equipment
• Basic Microsoft Office skills

Responsibilities

• Operate CMM equipment using approved programs.
• Perform first-piece, in-process and final dimensional inspections.
• Set up fixtures and load parts safely.
• Record inspection results and maintain measurement records.
• Perform daily equipment verification and basic preventive maintenance.
• Maintain gauge inventory and calibration records.

• Practice and promote safe work practices throughout the plant.
• Promote team concepts and participate in teams.
• Understand and follow Inalfa policies and practices and any other legal requirements.
• Actively participate in achieving and maintaining quality goals and continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties assigned.

Summary

The IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 responsibilities listed below are required for this position. Adhere to all IATF16949 (Quality) / ISO14001 (Environmental) / ISO 45001 (Health & Safety) procedures as related to the Quality department function.

Education and/or Experience

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
