Inalfa Roof Systems is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to set up and run CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, and ensure part accuracy. You will work in the Maintenance & Technical Services department at the Cherokee Assembly location on a full-time, on-site basis.
Responsibilities include tool changes, basic machine adjustments, and ensuring quality parts. Familiarity with IATF 16949 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 is valued along with a proactive mindset for safety and continuous improvement.

As a CNC Operator with Inalfa, you are in the driver’s seat to set up and run CNC mills, lathes, and other machining equipment, cut precise parts from raw materials like metal and plastic, and operate manual shop equipment such as drill presses, band saws, grinders, and other fabrication tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The IATF16949and ISO14001 responsibilities listed below are required for this position. Adhere to all IATF16949 (Quality) / ISO14001 (Environmental) / ISO 45001 (Health & Safety) procedures as related to the operations department function.

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferably 3-5 years’ Experience as Fabricator/Die Maker
Ability to operate Lathe; saws; mill; grinder; etc.
Previous work experience as a Fabricator/Die Maker.
AWS certification and advanced welding experience.
Basic knowledge of engineering design and manufacturing procedures.
Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints.
Proficiency with metal fabrication tools including shears, rollers, flame cutters, and drill presses.
Advanced mathematical and engineering skills.
Ability to lift and manipulate large metal objects.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
