Job summary

Veriipro is seeking an experienced CMDB Consultant to develop and oversee the Configuration Management Database strategy across the organization. This role requires extensive knowledge in ITIL/ITSM and CMDB best practices to maintain accurate configuration data.

The successful candidate will define the governance framework, manage CI classes, and ensure alignment with incident and change management processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience defining and implementing CMDB strategy and governance frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, ITSM, CSDM, and service management.
• Hands-on experience with CMDB tools and lifecycle management.
