Job summary

Vanguard in Charlotte, NC is seeking a detail-oriented CMDB Platform & ITIL Process Governance Administrator to support data integrity and governance in the CMDB ecosystem. You will administer reference data and support governance policies while collaborating with platform teams.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of relevant experience, ITIL Foundation Certification, and strong communication and collaboration skills.

This role does not offer visa sponsorship and emphasizes the use of cloud platforms for improved governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years related work experience, with at least one year of IT service management experience.
• Experience in IT systems, CMDB, data administration, or governance environments.
• Ability to effectively communicate within a governance and process-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain core CMDB reference data including configuration items.
• Support data quality initiatives, including normalization and duplicate remediation.
• Develop and maintain data quality metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
