Job summary

Montefiore Health System is seeking a ServiceNow CMDB Analyst to support enterprise CMDB operations and governance across the ServiceNow platform. Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of CMDB/IT operations experience.
• ServiceNow CSA certification.
• ServiceNow CIS - Data Foundations Certification.
• Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, and Service Graph Connectors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the enterprise CMDB within ServiceNow, ensuring data quality and reliability.
• Manage CI lifecycle: onboarding, updates, certification, retirement, archival.
• Monitor CMDB Health dashboards and remediation of duplicate or incomplete CI records.
• Validate Discovery, Service Mapping and Service Graph Connector data integrations.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, Asset Management and ITSM teams for CMDB governance.
