HCA Healthcare is seeking a Consulting CMDB ITIL Process Analyst to own, govern, and continuously improve ITIL processes, focusing on Configuration Management Database operations. You will collaborate with ITSM teams, hospitals, and vendors to ensure measurable value and operational excellence.

The role emphasizes process documentation, KPI monitoring, and training across departments, with a strong emphasis on governance and enterprise-wide communications.

Qualifications

• End-to-end ownership of ITSM processes and governance.
• Experience with ITIL-based process design and implementation.
• Excellent communication with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of assigned ITIL processes (Design, Implement, Execute).
• Develop, maintain and share process documentation and training content.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to align processes with organizational goals.
• Monitor KPIs and report to leadership on process performance.
• Lead stakeholder communications and engagement across ITG and enterprise.
