Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS/Business.
• 4–7 years in configuration management, service management, or related IT operations roles.
• Demonstrated ITIL-aligned configuration management concepts and integration with incident, change, and problem processes.
• Experience with enterprise ITSM/CMDB platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) to maintain CIs, relationships, and audit reports.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day CMDB operations by establishing and enforcing CI lifecycles and relationships.
• Analyze discovery feeds, manual updates, and change records to reconcile data and drive corrective actions.
• Plan and execute configuration audits and certifications, verifying CMDB data against inventories and coordinating remediation with owning teams.
• Configure ITSM/CMDB tools to build queries, reports, and dashboards for impact analysis and risk assessment.
• Ensure change, incident, and problem records are correctly linked to CIs to improve traceability and reporting.
• Define and report CMDB data quality metrics and partner with stakeholders to sustain data integrity.
• Contribute to CM plans, procedures, and work instructions aligned with ITIL and enterprise policies.
