Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field.
• 4–7 years in configuration management or IT operations with CMDB admin.
• ITIL-aligned practices knowledge and integration with incident/change/problem processes.
• Ability to obtain SECRET clearance with US citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day CMDB operations and manage CIs and relationships.
• Analyze discovery feeds and change records to fix discrepancies.
• Plan and execute CMDB audits and remediation with owning teams.
• Use ITSM/CMDB tools to build queries, reports, dashboards.
• Ensure change, incident, and problem are linked to CIs for traceability.
• Define data quality metrics and governance with stakeholders.
• Contribute to CMDB plans and ITIL-aligned procedures.
