• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day CMDB operations: create, update, retire CIs and relationships.
• Analyze discovery feeds and change records to reconcile data discrepancies.
• Plan and execute CMDB audits and certifications; oversee remediation with owning teams.
• Configure ITSM/CMDB tools to build queries, reports, dashboards for impact analysis.
• Ensure change, incident, and problem records link to CIs for traceability and reporting.
• Define and report CMDB data quality metrics; promote governance and training.
• Contribute to CMDB plans, procedures, and ITIL‑aligned policies.
