Qualified candidates will have a JD from an accredited law school, at least 2 years of law firm experience in finance or CMBS, and admission to practice in the relevant state. Hybrid work arrangements are available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform legal research and analysis to support transactions and case preparation.
• Draft legal documents, briefs, motions, contracts, and correspondence with accuracy and clarity.
• Assist/manage complex CMBS/structured finance transactions from inception through closing and beyond.
