Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, ensuring compliance and timely reporting.
• Analyze and interpret complex loan agreements to apply terms in servicing activities.
• Resolve non-compliant issues and may review loan payments, escrows, and disbursements.
• Maintain accurate loan servicing records and support onboarding/transition of loans.
• Review reports to identify exceptions and support risk mitigation.
