Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Proactively assists patients throughout the visit, accompanies to exam room.
• Performs clerical activities: scheduling appointments, lab callbacks, charting, forms.
• Collects and records patient data: vital signs, history, and presenting conditions.
• Assists with examinations, procedures, and patient education.
