Capital Consultants Management Corporation in Cornville, AZ is seeking a Clubhouse Team Lead to oversee staff and operations, coordinating with the Clubhouse Committee and Property Manager.

You will manage invoices, budgets, vendor relations, and member support, while implementing SOPs and ensuring service quality across facilities. This role requires strong organizational skills and HOA experience, with a hands-on approach to events and communications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years admin or customer service experience preferred.
• HOA/community association experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.

Responsabilités

• Create, delegate, and close action items.
• Manage and approve invoices (Strongroom).
• Budget and report on invoices in financial systems.
• Approve group activities and rentals per rules and fee schedule.
• Respond to Owner, Member, Guest issues; inform Clubhouse Committee as needed.
• Respond to emergency communications; delegate as needed.
• Maintain Clubhouse SOP and password list; calendar.
• Hire, train, and schedule Clubhouse Staff with Committee approval.
• Identify and hire vendors within budget; obtain approvals for cost changes.
• Prepare reports and newsletters for Clubhouse members.
• Maintain vendor database and maintenance logs and calendars.
