Job summary

HOAMCO in Kentucky is seeking a Clubhouse Team Lead to supervise the Clubhouse Staff, oversee operations, and coordinate with the Clubhouse Committee and the Property Manager.

The role covers administrative tasks, vendor management, event support, and member issue resolution. Candidates should have 2+ years in administrative or HOA environments and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years in admin/service roles.
• Experience with HOA/community associations preferred.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage budgets, invoices, and vendor relations.
• Willingness to attend evening meetings and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Create, delegate, and close action items for the Clubhouse team.
• Manage invoices and ensure proper budgeting with reports.
• Coordinate vendor bids exceeding $1,000 with Committee approval.
• Oversee owner, member, renter, and guest relations; resolve issues.
• Maintain Clubhouse calendars, SOPs, and access controls.
• Staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation in concert with Committee.
