Job summary

F&F Realty Properties is seeking a Clubhouse Manager in Naperville to oversee daily clubhouse operations, amenities, staff, resident programs, and events, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Mondays to Fridays 6am–2pm; you will supervise staff, coordinate rentals and events, conduct inspections, enforce safety rules, and maintain excellent resident relations.

You will prepare schedules, publish a monthly newsletter, and report weekly updates to management.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership and staff supervision.
• Strong customer service and event planning experience.
• Ability to multitask and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Proficient in basic computer programs and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Clubhouse Manager

The Clubhouse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily clubhouse operations, amenities, staff, resident programs, and events while ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This position will be Monday - Friday 6am-2pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage clubhouse operations and supervise staff, ensuring excellent customer service and professionalism.
• Conduct daily facility inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly.
• Ensure clubhouse amenities, equipment, pool operations, and common areas are clean, safe, and fully functional.
• Welcome new residents and assist with resident inquiries and concerns.
• Coordinate party room rentals, including contracts, inspections, and deposit refunds.
• Plan, organize, promote, and attend resident events, with a minimum of three community events per month.
• Maintain event inventory and purchase supplies as needed.
• Recruit, interview, train, schedule, and supervise clubhouse employees.
• Prepare employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing during operating hours.
• Create and distribute the monthly newsletter and maintain community bulletin boards.
• Enforce clubhouse rules and safety procedures in a professional manner.
• Build positive relationships with residents, staff, and local emergency services.
• Provide weekly status updates to management and perform other duties as assigned.
