Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation in Surprise, AZ seeks an experienced Executive Director to oversee operations for an active adult resort community. You will manage daily operations, resident relations, vendor performance, and facilities maintenance, ensuring alignment with governing documents and Arizona regulations.

The role requires strong leadership, proactive problem solving, and the ability to work closely with the Board, supervise on-site staff, and drive service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• CMCA certification or higher management designation preferred.
• Minimum 3 years as a Community Association Manager.
• Experience leading and coaching a team.
• Strong communication with Boards, residents, and vendors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of an active adult resort community.
• Lead resident relations, vendor management, and facilities maintenance.
• Support Board directives and ensure compliance with governing documents and Arizona regulations.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and monthly reviews with accounting.
• Coordinate with Boards, committees, residents, vendors, and staff in meetings.
