Job summary

Mahaffey Associates Robinson Gateway seeks a friendly Greeter/Receptionist to welcome Residents and Prospects at the clubhouse. The role blends front-desk duties with light office support, requiring professional communication and a proactive, service-oriented approach.

You will manage inquiries, assist at the counter, file documents, coordinate service requests, and maintain a courteous, well-organized reception area.

Qualifications

• Computer proficiency with common office software (Microsoft Office).
• Bi-lingual preferred to assist Residents and Prospects.
• Ability to communicate clearly and follow directions.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Ability to apply sound decision-making.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Professional communication across audiences.

Responsibilities

• Meet, Greet and Welcome Residents and Prospects into the Clubhouse.
• Assist Residents and Prospects at the counter or clubhouse reception area.
• Filing documents in a timely manner.
• Enter Maintenance Service Requests from the office.
• Email correspondence with online inquiries.
• Print all online payments.
• Maintain a positive rapport with co-workers and Residents.
• Promote a positive relationship with Residents and Guests.
• Resupply water, coffee, handbags and pamphlets.
• Perform other related tasks as needed.
