Job summary

The Mahaffey Company is seeking a friendly Greeter/Receptionist for the Clubhouse. The role centers on welcoming Residents and Prospects, handling front desk duties, and supporting daily office tasks to ensure smooth clubhouse operations.

You will manage guest interactions, coordinate apartment showings, and assist with administrative tasks, contributing to a positive resident experience and a professional front desk environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient with computers; MAC preferred and Microsoft Office programs
• Bi-lingual preferred (Spanish/English)
• Strong written and verbal communication in a professional setting

Responsibilities

• Greet Residents and Prospects at the clubhouse reception.
• Assist Residents and Prospects at the counter and reception area.
• Files and maintains documents; enters service requests as needed.
• Manage email inquiries and print online payments.
• Answer incoming calls and maintain a positive rapport with Residents and guests.
• Organize apartment showing schedules; ensure clubhouse looks presentable.
