Responsibilities

• Lead Clubhouse operations across dining venues, catering, member events and banquets.
• Set SOPs and service standards to ensure consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with leadership to align budgets, menus, and programming.
• Develop and mentor the dining team; maintain guest-focused culture.
• Plan and execute special events; monitor payroll and scheduling.
