Job summary

The Briar Club in Houston seeks an A La Carte Dining Manager to lead day-to-day food and beverage service across multiple outlets. You will develop staff, ensure exceptional member/guest service, and drive sales while controlling labor and operating costs.

Collaborating with F&B Management, Culinary, and Catering, you will uphold club standards, safety, and inventory controls across assigned outlets and events.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of progressive responsibility in food and beverage.
• Minimum 2 years of personnel management in hospitality.
• TABC and Food Handler certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop service staff to meet Club standards.
• Oversee operations during assigned shifts.
• Control labor costs and manage expenses.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance.
• Coordinate with F&B Management, Culinary, and Catering.
