Job summary

Cantina Laredo is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to assist the general manager in directing daily restaurant operations. The AGM will supervise staff, deliver performance feedback, set goals, and foster teamwork while ensuring policies are followed.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to motivate staff and communicate clear business objectives. The AGM must be able to act in the GM's absence when needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration or similar.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Good observation skills.
• Ability to deliver constructive criticism.
• Computer literate and basic Math skills.
• Ability to identify weaknesses and provide coaching where necessary.

Responsibilities

• Cooperating with the general manager, and assisting with anything from project planning to staff management.
