• Communicate event information clearly to members, staff, and vendors.
• Promote events via newsletters, email, social media, and calendars.
• Monitor budgets, pricing, ticketing, and attendance procedures.
• Welcome members and guests and represent the Club at events.
• Work with management and departments to align events with Club standards.
