Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to perform and oversee the servicing, repair, and maintenance operations for all building and equipment related to the club. The position will service all areas of the club to improve janitorial and facility maintenance through servicing, education, and guidance of the janitorial and club staff.
Responsibilities
- Follow Facilities Department Standard Operating Procedures.
- Conduct club inspections as directed by the Corporate Facilities Department to ensure maintenance standards, preventative measures, and safety protocols are upheld.
- Provide feedback to General Managers (GMs) to clarify expectations and address maintenance issues.
- Schedule services and tasks with the GM as requested by AMT.
- Partner with AMT and New Club Development (NCD) for new club walk-throughs to ensure all maintenance and service needs are addressed before opening.
- Review inspection results to identify training needs, outliers, or trends requiring follow-up.
- Train new Club Managers on Facility Training Programs.
- Guide Club Managers on daily tasks for managing the Club Service Attendant position.
- Communicate facility service programs with the Club Manager.
- Ensure utilization of the Open Wrench System as a management tool.
- Provide direction and technical expertise to janitorial and club team members to address facilities responsibilities.
- Schedule weekly activities for CSA to service club equipment and systems, with approval from the GM and RDO.
- Host meetings and training sessions to share Facilities Department information and updates.
- Attend weekly conference calls with AMT to align on corporate updates and expectations.
- Perform hands-on training for janitorial staff following corporate chemical and safety protocols.
- Coordinate vendor-sponsored training and address specific training needs with AMT.
- Ensure all CSA maintain required training certifications based on amenities and local regulations.
- Oversee special projects, ensuring scope and vendor quotes are appropriate, and vendor accountability.
- Support in-house projects as needed and communicate plans with GM and AMT.
- Manage Work Orders in the Open Wrench System, supporting AMT in processing and closing work orders.
- Conduct monthly club audits using GO CANVAS.
