What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle complex inbound account inquiries, providing support for Visa, Retail, Debit, Loyalty Program, and Gift Card products
- Troubleshoot customer issues related to online enrollment, passwords, and sign-on problems
- Enter and review new account applications from various channels including stores and online
- Process and review transactions, credit line increase requests, and payments
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls with attention to detail and accuracy
- A quiet and secure workspace free from distractions
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently in a virtual setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
