Invited is seeking a Server 1 to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, reflecting our service standards. This role emphasizes warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells, supporting a seamless dining experience and high member satisfaction.

The position involves teamwork, adherence to safety standards, and taking on additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth club operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Food and Beverage service.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests.
• Apply Invited’s 3-steps of service: warm welcomes, magic moments, fond farewells.
• Greet members by name and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Work with team to ensure a seamless dining experience and resolve issues promptly.
• Follow club standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety.
• Attend daily briefings and support Operations as needed.
• Support management with additional duties as assigned.
