Job summary

Invited is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily food and beverage service within the club’s restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless member experience and adherence to club standards. In this junior management role, you’ll support the Restaurant Director while hands-on during lower-volume periods.

You will supervise service staff, manage reservations and room setups, and help train the team to uphold service quality and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, restaurant, or private club setting.
• Proficient computer skills and strong communication abilities.
• Preferred certifications include Food Handlers Certificate, Alcohol Safety, STAR Service Certification, STAR Trainer Certification, TABC Certification, and CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Invited service standards at high levels and provide exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests.
• Oversee room setups to match reservations and event specifications; ensure cleanliness and readiness for service hours or events.
• Train and develop service staff and lead staff meetings, daily lineups, and training sessions.
• Complete opening and closing procedures for breakfast, lunch, or dinner shifts as scheduled.
• Record necessary information or tasks in the log to pass on to the next shift.
