Job summary

Invited seeks a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily food and beverage service within our club operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to service standards. This junior management role involves hands-on service during low-volume periods while supporting the Restaurant Director and Food & Beverage Director.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, training, reservations management, and maintaining knowledge of menus and liquor offerings.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in food & beverage, restaurant, or private club setting.
• Preferred certifications include Food Handlers, Alcohol Safety, STAR Service/Trainer, TABC, CPR.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Invited service standards and deliver high-quality service.
• Provide exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests.
• Supervise service staff and ensure accurate order execution.
• Monitor reservations and room setups; manage shift openings/closings.
• Assist in training and development of staff; lead training sessions.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, features, and beverages.
