Invited in Las Vegas is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily food and beverage service within the club's restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless member experience. This junior management position supports the Restaurant Director and takes on direct service during low-volume periods to maintain smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in food & beverage, restaurant, or private club settings, with a high school diploma and a commitment to service excellence and team

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, restaurant, or private club setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills essential for a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily food and beverage service in the club restaurant.
Ensure service standards, quality, and safety compliance.
Supervise service staff and ensure timely execution of member orders.
Manage opening/closing procedures for shifts and maintain clean work areas.
Assist in training and developing staff and lead trainings as needed.
