Job summary

Zero Bond NY is seeking a Club Receptionist to be the first point of contact for members and guests, delivering a gracious, high-level hospitality experience. You will greet members by name, manage phone lines, handle guest lists, and input information into CRM systems, while upholding Zero Bond's standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years' experience in a similar role.
• Professional and tactful with conflict resolution skills.
• Experience answering phone lines and emails professionally and timely.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues.
• Detail oriented, articulate, and able to prioritize in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Greet each member by name in a hospitable manner.
• Answer phones and manage office services (reports, printing, laminating).
• Support Guest List duties and resolve guest concerns in real time.
• Develop relationships with returning members and guests.
• Relay feedback and recommendations to management.
• Coordinate all reservation bookings and large party reservations.
• Enter information into CRM applications.
• Maintain neat appearance in Zero Bond uniform.
