Job summary

Zero Bond in New York is seeking a Manager, Member Experiences & Programming to curate the club's events calendar and lead creative direction for member experiences across evenings, culinary events, and cultural activations.

You will collaborate with marketing, operations, and partnerships teams to deliver signature experiences, manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships while ensuring exceptional service for a discerning membership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event programming, creative direction, or hospitality management, preferably in a luxury, private club, or lifestyle environment.
• Excellent understanding of hospitality trends and member-driven experiences.
• Strong leadership and execution skills for large-scale events and programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and curate a compelling calendar of events and experiences reflecting the club’s brand and member interests.
• Lead the ideation and development of signature, large-scale and seasonal events.
• Conceptualize themes, activations, and partnerships that drive excitement and value for members.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality execution.
• Plan and execute pop-ups and off-site activations that extend the club’s brand.
