Job summary

Royal Poinciana Golf Club in Naples, FL is seeking a Club Receptionist to coordinate services for our membership. You will interact with Members and staff to ensure exemplary customer service, including handling a multi-line phone switchboard, dining reservations, and directing members to the right personnel.

The role requires 1–2 years in a high-end private club or hotel, proficiency with Canva and Microsoft Office, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in a high-end private Club or Hotel.
• Experience with Canva or other graphic design tools is a must.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Members First.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate flexibility and can quickly adapt under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming telephone calls and directs to appropriate personnel.
• Accepts dining and club function reservations in the Members First system.
• Welcomes and directs Members and Guests entering the Club.
• Performs clerical duties such as word processing, filing, photocopying and collating.
• Creates and prints catering menus, place cards, and table numbers.
• Maintains reception and office supply area.
