Royal Poinciana Golf Club in Naples, FL is seeking a Club Receptionist to coordinate services for our membership. You will interact with Members and staff to ensure exemplary customer service, including handling a multi-line phone switchboard, dining reservations, and directing members to the right personnel.

The role requires 1–2 years in a high-end private club or hotel, proficiency with Canva and Microsoft Office, and strong communication.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a high-end private Club or Hotel, preferred.
• Experience with Canva or other graphic design tools is a must.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Members First.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate flexibility and can quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure.
• Always maintain positive Member relations.

• Ability to perform first aid CPR while utilizing emergency equipment.
• Move or lift objects up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to climb, crawl, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, push, and/or pull.
• Communication, includes: reading, hearing, and talking with team members and Members.
• Must have close, distance, peripheral, and color vision, along with the ability to adjust focus.

SALARY & BENEFITS: This is a year‑round, full‑time, hourly, non‑exempt position. Salary is competitive and varies depending on the candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities.
