Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking a proactive Associate to support supervisory tasks, oversee Club Pickup and Ship From Club operations, and ensure excellent member service. You will train and guide associates, monitor KPIs, and help maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation.

Responsibilities include assisting with customer issues, auditing online feedback, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and service quality across the club.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with the supervision of associates by assigning duties, providing direction, and coaching.
• Oversee operations of ecommerce programs (Club Pick Up, Ship From Club), audit feedback, resolve customer issues, and escalate unresolved problems to management.
• Provide member service by recognizing needs, guiding members on self-service tech, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, and addressing concerns.
• Ensure sales floor maintenance, proper merchandising, pricing, and display setup; handle claims and returns per policy.
• Develop and implement processes to meet business needs, monitor progress, and communicate results to stakeholders.
