Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates in assigned area by assigning duties and providing direction
• Oversee Club Pickup operations, Ship From Club, and other ecommerce programs; monitor orders and resolve issues
• Audit online customer feedback and escalate unresolved issues to management
• Maintain store safety and compliance with policies; conduct safety sweeps and lift truck procedures
• Assist management with recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching and evaluating associates
• Provide member service by helping customers with self-service technologies and product information
• Manage merchandise presentation, pricing, and loss prevention tasks on the sales floor
• Support process improvements by analyzing data and implementing efficiency initiatives
