Qualificações

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to supervise and train associates.
• Experience supporting ecommerce programs such as Club Pick Up and Ship From Club is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assists management with supervising associates and assigning duties.
• Oversees Club Pickup operations and ensures orders are fulfilled correctly.
• Audits online feedback and resolves customer complaints; escalates unresolved issues.
• Provides guidance and resources to meet associate needs and maintains staffing at the pickup location.
• Maintains safety and compliance with company policies; conducts safety checks and reports hazards.
