Job summary

Sam's Club in Harvey, LA is seeking a full-time team member to supervise associates, coordinate duties, and support member service while ensuring safety and compliance with company policies. The role covers Open Door Policy, recruiting, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating staff, plus overseeing Club Pick Up and Ship From Club ecommerce programs.

You will monitor CPU performance, maintain sales floors, resolve member issues, train staff, and implement process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Supervises associates in assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training on processes and procedures, and ensuring member service standards.
• Oversees ecommerce programs (Club Pick Up, Ship From Club, CPU metrics) and resolves online customer feedback, escalating issues as needed.
• Maintains safety and compliance with company policies, conducts safety sweeps, and reports unsafe conditions to management.
• Provides member service by identifying member needs, guiding self-service tech, and helping with purchasing decisions and issue resolution.
