• Oversees Sam's Club ecommerce programs (Club Pick Up, Ship From Club) and resolves online customer issues.
• Executes the Club Pickup plan, updates operations, and ensures orders are fulfilled correctly.
• Provides member service by identifying needs and guiding customers on self-service options and products.
• Maintains safety and cleanliness of the facility and handles safety procedures for equipment and materials.
• Leads teams, communicates goals, trains staff, and supports performance improvement initiatives.
