Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Topeka is seeking an Unit Director to lead a standalone Club facility, ensuring a safe, welcoming and high-quality member experience. You will oversee daily operations, staff development, program quality, and community partnerships to support member success.

In this role you will manage enrollment, eligibility and service transitions across before/after school, school-day-out, summer programs and transportation where offered, while maintaining licensing and compliance

Responsibilities

• Club Safety, Facility and Regulatory Readiness: supervise safety, staffing ratios, drills and incident response.
• Membership and Family Experience: manage enrollment, attendance, renewals and subsidies in systems; engage families with confidentiality.
• Program Quality and Youth Outcomes: oversee planning, implementation and evaluation of services; use data to improve outcomes.
• People Leadership and Resource Stewardship: supervise staff, schedule and manage payroll, procurement and budget within guidelines.
