Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver programs across Education, Sports & Recreation, The Arts, Health & Wellness, and Workforce Readiness.
• Foster a safe, inclusive Club environment and engage youth and families.
• Support strategic planning to respond to youth needs and outcomes.
• Manage resources and staff to ensure high-quality program delivery.
• Build partnerships with parents/guardians and the community to raise program visibility.
