Crunch Fitness is seeking an Operations Manager for the NEW St. Cloud club. You will lead day-to-day member and team experiences, onboarding new members, training staff, and coaching performance while driving sales, retention, and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, positive leadership presence.
• Sales-minded, customer-driven and results-oriented.
• Experience with member retention strategies.
• Strong communication to coach and motivate teams.
• Organized with attention to billing, reporting, inventory.
• Leadership or operations experience in fitness/sales/hospitality preferred.
• Growth-minded and able to support the GM in targets.

Responsabilités

• Deliver an exceptional first impression by creating a welcoming environment.
• Lead membership integration and sales performance through kickoff sessions.
• Support retention with cancel-save processes and follow-up calls.
• Coach staff on sales techniques to improve conversions.
• Organize member engagement events and community activities.
• Manage inventory, billing updates, and reporting accuracy.
• Lead weekly leadership meetings to review performance.
• Ensure cleaning protocols meet Crunch standards.
• Review daily/monthly reports to identify improvements.
