Crunch Fitness seeks a General Manager for our NEW St. Cloud Club to lead pre-sale and daily operations, launching memberships and a thriving culture. You will drive sales, recruit and develop a top-tier team, and represent the brand in the community.

The role demands proven leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage pre-sale events while maintaining exceptional guest service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading fitness clubs or similar teams.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience launching new clubs and pre-sale activities.
• Ability to manage pre-sale events and community outreach.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sale & Grand Opening Execution – Lead the charge in launching new Crunch locations by driving memberships, community outreach, and pre-sale events.
• Sales Leadership – Build, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team to hit aggressive membership goals.
• Team Development – Recruit, hire, and develop a top-tier staff that thrives on customer service, sales, and fitness culture.
• Community Engagement & Brand Representation – Create buzz around Crunch by networking, forming partnerships, and making Crunch the go-to gym in town.
• Operational Excellence – Oversee daily club operations, ensuring top-notch cleanliness, service, and execution of company policies.
• Performance & KPI Management – Track and analyze key metrics to optimize sales, team productivity, and financial performance.
• Lead by Example – Set the standard for energy, professionalism, and success.
