Qualifications

• Superior customer service skills.
• Management experience preferred.
• High school education/GED.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure club is fully staffed and operates to standards.
• Recruit and staff, including pre-screens and interviews.
• Drive membership sales and community outreach.
• Coach and develop staff; enforce policies and procedures.
• Monitor payroll and scheduling; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain clean, safe facilities and report incidents.
