• Provide exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming environment.
• Manage labor and payroll accuracy, schedule shifts efficiently.
• Maintain club cleanliness, safety, and BER inspection readiness.
• Drive membership sales and participate in community outreach.
• Invest in staff training and development; coach and mentor.
