Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business management, or related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of experience in a management role within hospitality or nightlife
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate a diverse team
• Excellent financial management with budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
• Strong marketing and sales skills to drive revenue growth
• Strong problem-solving abilities to identify issues and implement solutions
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to hospitality and nightlife
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead all aspects of the club's operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
• Ensure club is clean, organized, and operating efficiently at all times
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the venue
• Coordinate events and promotions with sales and marketing to drive revenue and satisfaction
• Monitor and manage financial performance including budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with hospitality and nightlife regulations
• Build relationships with vendors, suppliers, and community leaders
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
