Equinox in San Francisco is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Front Desk, Maintenance, and Kids’ Club while upholding Equinox standards. You will help manage staffing, payroll adherence, and guest experiences.

The role requires 1–3 years of management experience in an operations setting, strong communication, and a bachelor’s degree preferred; relocation flexibility and a service-driven mindset are valued.

Responsibilities

• Influence and inspire a dynamic work force.
• Interview, hire, train, and manage Front Desk, Maintenance, and Kids’ club departments to meet brand standards; assist with payroll budgets.
• Complete staff performance evaluations monthly and annually.
• Adhere to monthly ordering timeline and supply budgets.
• Ensure high-level customer service to club members.
• Support ancillary departments and sales with GM collaboration.
• Maintain club cleanliness per Equinox standards.
• Ensure safety and loss prevention procedures are followed.
