Job summary

Equinox Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager to ensure smooth operations across all departments and deliver the Equinox customer experience. The role oversees Front Desk, Housekeeping and M.O.D managers, guiding projects and daily tasks.

You will manage inventory, payroll budgets, deposits, and shift coverage while upholding policy standards and driving revenue in a premium fitness and lifestyle brand environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership ability in educational, fitness or customer service settings with 3–6 years of management experience.
• Enthusiastic, passionate and knowledgeable about the fitness industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive revenue.
• Hire, direct and train staff with strong time management and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise the Front Desk, Housekeeping and M.O.D managers while assisting the General Manager.
• Manage inventory control, payroll budget, daily deposits, shift coverage and maintenance.
• Educate staff on company policies and procedures.
