Equinox is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Palo Alto to lead Front Desk, Maintenance, and Kids’ club operations with a focus on brand standards and guest experience. This part-time role supports the General Manager and drives team performance while maintaining budget discipline and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership ability with 1–3 years of management experience in an operational setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High touch customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Influence and inspire a dynamic workforce.
• Interview, hire, train, and manage Front Desk, Maintenance, and Kids’ club departments; assist with schedules and payroll budgets.
• Complete staff performance evaluations monthly and annually.
• Adhere to monthly ordering timelines and supply budgets.
• Ensure a high level of customer service to club members.
• Support ancillary departments and sales with GM partnership.
• Monitor monthly departmental goals and projections.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety per standards.
