Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Club Manager to run the Tunnel Club operations at Etihad Park, Queens, NY. You will lead staff, ensure seamless event service, manage inventory and labor, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering top-tier guest experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, customer service focus, and the ability to adapt to non-traditional hours in a high-volume environment. You will collaborate with HR and management to optimize operations and service quality.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of supervisory experience in high-volume hospitality.
• Experience in unionized environments or with labor relations is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make decisions under pressure.
• Strong customer service orientation with high standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork across front/back-of-house.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-event prep for assigned areas and delegate to supervisors.
• Supervise during events, oversee in-club and bar service, address issues.
• Promote effective front-of-house and back-of-house teamwork.
• Oversee setup/breakdown, inventory movement, and equipment checks.
• Create and monitor service incentives to drive performance.
• Optimize labor deployment based on demand and sales patterns.
• Ensure accurate end-of-shift documentation and reporting.
• Conduct inventory audits and manage costs and waste.
• Ensure staff compliance with ESA, CBA, and safety policies.
• Oversee staff training on service standards and policies.
• Engage HR/management on labor relations and recruitment processes.
• Apply policies and regulatory standards to daily operations.
• Manage responsible alcohol service in assigned areas.
• Assist guests and escalate to Senior Director when needed.
• Collaborate to improve food offerings and operations.
